The provided services include:
Pre-event secretary : we promote the event through different media (advertising on the Internet, e-mail, paper mail, phone contacts) in the different languages required; then the secretary manages all the follow-up.
Interpreters: highly qualified and specialized interpreters in simultaneous, consecutive and whispered interpreting, to and from every language.
Equipment rental: modern technical and high quality equipment such as sound-proof booths for simultaneous interpreting, headphones ,microphones, monitors and amplifiers all in the presence of highly specialized technical personnel.
Hostesses: assistants also multilingual expert in reception services, secretarial roles, and assistance to the conference attendees in the venue.
Venue organization: arrangement of the materials, the audio and visual equipment, the floral decorations.
Catering: organization of buffet, cocktail, and lunch services.
Supplementary services: guided tours of the city with multilingual interpreters, social events and services that facilitate the mobility of the attendees such as reserved parking, rent-a car services, shuttle services, coach rental, cars with drivers, etc.
Event reception: reception will be open also during the event to ensure assistance, information and reception services to all attendees.
Post-event reception: translation, transcription and publication of acts in the required languages. At the end of the event, sending of the proceedings to both speakers and attendees.
Press: organization of press conferences, participation of journalists as well as editing of press releases.
On request, with our external collaborators we are able to provide other PRE-EVENT SERVICES.
Venue choice: after a thorough analysis, we determine the type of venue suitable for the specific requirements of the event (location, proximity to the motorway, parking, conference hall capacity, renowned hotels…).
Creation of personalized material: we can design and create the event logo, posters, invitations, participation cards, information brochures, the programme, the materials to hand out during the event as well as gadgets.
Graphic services: the materials listed above are designed and made to a high standard by graphic designers with whom we collaborate.
Mailing-list: we develop a dedicated data-base for the mailing list, both for the speakers and the attendees, we write and send the invitations.
